Hello, and welcome to my portfolio. My name is Kasra Akbari, and I am a Social Data Analytics student at The University of Texas at Dallas. I created this website to share my academic work, technical projects, and progress as I continue building my skills in data analysis and research.

My interests include data visualization, text analysis, GIS, database work, and using data to better understand social science and policy-related questions. I have worked with tools such as R, SQL, Quarto, and ArcGIS Pro through coursework and project-based learning.

On this website, you will find examples of assignments and projects that reflect my experience with web scraping, government data analysis, mapping, and quantitative research. Each project represents part of my development as a student and aspiring data professional.
